About Us
Two operators who’ve stood where you’re standing.
Kimberley Ashlee & Co. is led by Kimberley Ashlee Haugh and Joshua Haugh. Kimberley is a chef and founder who built a boutique catering company to $3M a year and ran daily dining for 250+ guests at Meta Pittsburgh. Josh has spent 25+ years running food and beverage for Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton, and Aramark, opening and turning around restaurants from Hawaii to Toronto.
Between us, we’ve opened restaurants, rebuilt hotel dining programs, and trained hundreds of cooks and servers. We know how a great night falls apart, and how to put it back together.
That’s what we bring to every review: an honest look, a clear plan, and a team that knows what to do next.

FAQ
Good questions
Is this a secret shopper service?
No. An unannounced guest visit can be part of your review, but it’s the starting point, not the whole thing. We also go behind the scenes and talk with ownership so we can explain why issues happen.
Do you review catered events too?
Yes. We attend a live catered event and review the food, service, setup, timeline, and breakdown.
Will my staff know you’re coming?
That’s your call. Many owners choose an unannounced visit first, followed by a scheduled behind-the-scenes session.
How soon do I get my report?
[TURNAROUND TIME] after your review, followed by a debrief call to walk through it together.
What areas do you serve?
Las Vegas and Henderson. [TRAVEL DETAILS]
