Kimberley’s culinary journey began in her childhood kitchen, inspired by a deep-rooted family tradition of using food to bring people together. A self-taught chef with a penchant for lifelong learning, she regularly trains at the Culinary Institute of America to stay ahead of culinary trends. Her creative spark was ignited while watching Two Fat Ladies, a BBC cooking show that captured her heart with its joyful celebration of food. Today, she combines her love for flavors and her Filipino heritage to craft dishes that reflect the stories of those she serves, always striving for perfection and gratitude in her work.
Joshua
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Joshua has honed his craft in settings ranging from boutique establishments to renowned global hotel brands. As a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, his expertise brings a refined touch to every event. His passion for pairing exquisite wines with unforgettable meals is matched only by his commitment to creating seamless, meaningful experiences for clients and their guests.
