Farm Dinner FAQ’s
Please read the details below to better understand how our Farm Dinner experiences work. Tickets are limited and sell fast, so we encourage you to purchase tickets as soon as possible.
If you plan to come as a large group, we recommend one person buy all the tickets and have your friends reimburse you. Once a dinner sells out, we will not add more tickets.
Alcohol is not included in the ticket price. We will have a cash bar that offers the very best local craft beer, hard cider, wines and of course cocktails from our on- farm distillery Red Pump Spirits.
Dinner is served long – table style with one menu and everyone eats together. You may be strangers in the beginning but we are sure make new friends before the night is over.
-
Farm Dinner menus will be released approximately 30 days prior to the dinner. However, due to the seasonality of each dinner we may not see menus until much closer to the event.
-
Each chef will create their own menu. The food style is not determined by The Farm although we encourage creativity in the menu design. The Farm at Emerald Valley will source the very best local ingredients that will inspire each chef to create a memorable experience that ranges from experimental to casual and are typically meat (beef, pork, chicken) focused. The Farm does not guarantee that every menu, every dish or every chef will meet individual expectations.
-
We can not accommodate dietary restrictions for any dinners. Our menus tend to be meat heavy. We can not accommodate the following: Gluten Free, Vegan, in most cases vegetarian. Please ask prior to purchasing tickets.
-
Tickets are non refundable regardless of how far in advance you know you can’t attend. However, if you can’t make the dinner, you can gift or resell your tickets to someone else. If you do transfer your ticket to someone else please email us and let us know the names of the new guests. Tickets are digital so you will not get physical tickets.
-

Tickets are $160+ tax for a 5- course dinner. Style and quantity of food is based on the visiting chef. Some special dinners may have a higher ticket price. Gratuity is included in the ticket price, but guests are welcome to add or leave additional gratuities for the staff. Taxes will be added at check out.
-
We recommend that dinners are enjoyed by adults. After all, you deserve a little “you- time”. However, if you believe a dinner is appropriate for your child and you want to share this experience with them, then you can certainly buy a ticket for them.
-
Friday dinners typically start at 6:30pm and generally end about 9-9:30pm. However, the Hen House opens at 4pm on Fridays and 11 am on Saturdays so feel free to arrive early and enjoy some time on the porch or stroll the farm. Saturday dinners typically start an hour earlier. In some cases, dinners may last longer and we will try to make that clear in your Monday email.
-
Parking will be clearly marked as you approach the farm.
-
Dress in whatever manner makes you comfortable for the evening. Keep in mind this is a farm and dinners will be served either in the barn or outdoors. You will be walking in grass, or gravel or concrete. Sometimes it is hot and sometimes it is chilly. There is almost always a breeze so sweaters and jackets are always nice to have.
-
When weather does not permit, dinners will be in the barn.
